Evil en Lucifer is a digital preservation platform and application dedicated to the history of Visual Kei, accessed through an app and operating in accordance with cultural preservation practices and applicable copyright exception frameworks.

Our mission is to ensure that rare, obscure, limited-distribution, and active bands are preserved in a responsible and respectful manner, remaining part of the artistic and cultural memory of their era and preventing their disappearance over time.

Visual Kei, for us, is not only a cultural patrimony of Japanese society, but also an artistic form of expression rooted in a specific historical period and at risk of being lost if not actively preserved. The project operates under principles of good-faith preservation, diligent rights research, and respect for artists and rights holders, maintaining clear boundaries between cultural archiving and authorized distribution.

Evil en Luciferは、ヴィジュアル系という独自の音楽史を後世に残すためのデジタル保存プラットフォームです。本プロジェクトは、文化保存の国際的な慣行および著作権法の権利制限規定に準拠し、専用アプリケーションを通じて運営されています。

私たちの使命は、希少なデモテープ、限定配布音源、知られざるバンドから現役のアーティストに至るまで、あらゆる作品を責任と敬意を持って保存することです。それらが特定の時代を映し出す芸術的・文化的記憶として継承され、時の経過と共に散逸・消失してしまうのを防ぎます。

私たちは、ヴィジュアル系を日本社会のかけがえのない「文化的遺産」であると捉えています。本プロジェクトは、善意（Good-faith）および相当な努力（Diligent Search）の原則に基づき、アーカイブ（保存）と正規ライセンス配信の境界を明確に区別しながら、アーティストおよび権利者の権利を尊重して運営されます。
